Return Policy

1. 14-Day Unconditional Right of Return

In accordance with the Law of Georgia “On Consumer Rights Protection”, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.

1.1. Exception for Hygiene and Cosmetic Products

The 14-day right of return applies to the complete set (the device and all attachment heads). The hygiene exception does not apply, as the attachment heads are not individually sealed. When returned, the item must be undamaged and complete (box, instructions, device, all attachment heads), and must show no signs of physical damage, impact or improper use.

1.2. Return Conditions

When returning the item, the consumer must return it undamaged, in its original condition, in the original packaging and with all components.
Notice of withdrawal: The consumer must notify us with a clear statement by email at Cogito.ge@gmail.com (please include your order number and name) within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
Return costs: The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, unless the company advises otherwise. The goods must be returned no later than 7 calendar days after the notice is sent.
Refund: The company will refund the full amount (including the standard delivery fee) to the consumer no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method. The company may wait until the goods have actually been returned or proof of dispatch has been provided.

2. Warranty Terms

Cogito provides warranty service in accordance with the Law of Georgia “On Consumer Rights Protection” and applicable legislation.

2.1. Warranty Period

The warranty period is 6 months and starts on the day the product is handed over to (purchased by) the consumer.

2.2. Required Documents

To receive warranty service, the consumer must present:

The warranty card and proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).
The product with all components and in its original packaging, as it was delivered to the consumer — including the instructions, all attachment heads and the device.

2.3. Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers only technical and hardware faults caused directly by a manufacturing defect.

The 6-month warranty applies only to the main Darsonval device (the device body).

The glass attachment heads supplied with the device are covered only by a 7-day inspection guarantee for detecting manufacturing defects.

Mechanical damage: If, upon delivery, a glass attachment head is found to be physically damaged, the consumer must send us photo/video evidence within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the item.

2.4. Exclusions

The warranty is considered void in the following cases:

The warranty period has expired
No proof of purchase is presented
Mechanical damage: signs of impact, dropping or other physical force
Fragile parts: glass electrodes and fragile accessories
Liquid and moisture: traces of water or other liquid in the device’s internal system
Electrical damage: caused by sharp voltage fluctuations or the use of a non-standard power supply
Unauthorized interference: the device has been opened or repaired by an unauthorized person
Natural wear: wear resulting from everyday use
Force majeure circumstances

2.5. Diagnostics and Service

Diagnostics and service time: 7 to 14 business days.

Replacement policy: If repair is not possible, the item will be replaced with a new, identical product or the consumer will be refunded.

Free logistics: Within the 6-month warranty, the company provides free courier service throughout Georgia.
